Tradition is the heart and soul of Indian Cuisine. Since 1997 White Gold Sweets has believed in sharing those same Indian traditions, in Canada. We invite you to share that same traditional cuisine in this new modern world! We wish for you to enjoy our most important ingredient, experience. The experience of food, with your friends and family.

Our Journey began with Pankaj & Neeta Patel. Both strong and impactful founders of this business. With much love and grace, they handed over their business to an ‘on the rise’ chef, Sagar Ballal after their retirement. With the same morals, standards & taste; we offer you a variety of Indian snacks, sweets, take-out & catering. We are looking forward to continuing the legacy and upholding the expectations!

Sagar Ballal

Our Chef believes that diversity is everything. This ethic is strongly reflected in his journey thus far. Sagar Ballal began his adventure as a child in his mothers kitchen. Having an Indian background, he chose to enhance his knowledge with Italian and Mexican cuisines. This led him to attend & graduate from George Brown College in 2012 for Culinary Management. Continuing his post grad in Italy, he gained work experience at a local eatery named Vespasia. Also working at many name restaurants such as Marché, Oliver & Bonacini and Moxies. His vision for the future follows the same ethic of diversity, fusion foods in Canada.
